Cancellation Policy

  • We require a minimum of 48hrs notice for any appointment changes/cancellations.

  • Booking Fees/Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel you're appointment. However they are *fully transferable, so you can transfer it to another appointment date/time.

  • The deposit amount covers the Artists time spent on your design, which is done prior to your appointment, therefore if you cancel the Artist will need to be paid for the time already spent designing. This also covers any associated administration costs involved in the appointment making process.

Appointment Changes*

  • You must contact us at least 48hrs prior to your appointment to transfer to another date, after this time your deposit is also non-transferable.

  • You will need to call the studio to do this please do not text or email as we may not receive your message in time, it is your responsibility to ensure we receive the appropriate 48hrs notice.

  • We are unable to reschedule appointments more than once, if you cannot make your new appointment you will forfeit your deposit.

Covid

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment due to testing for covid or being notified to isolate, we will need to see evidence of this if it is within 48hrs of your appointment.

  • This can be a screenshot or photo of your positive test, it must include the date of test, your name or isolation period - This will secure your deposit for the rescheduled appointment.

Booking Fees/Deposits

  • We require a non-refundable Booking Fee/Deposit at the time of booking, no exception. Your deposit not only secures your appointment date, it also secures the time taken for the design process and any other associated administration costs.

  • Booking fees/deposit amount will depend on the length of your appointment, you will be given this information after your consultation, we take a minimum booking fee/deposit of £20 and maximum of £150.

  • Please Note, we hold deposits for a maximum of 3 months from the date of your original appointment. You will need to reschedule your appointment within this time frame.

  • We are unable to reschedule appointments more than once, if you cannot make your new appointment you will forfeit your deposit.

Gift Vouchers

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Non-refundable

  • Not exchangeable for cash value.

  • Mutilated, damaged or defaced vouchers cannot be exchanged.

  • Can be used as full or part payment for tattoos, however change will be given in the form of another voucher.

  • Atelier Four gift vouchers cannot be used with our Guest Artists and only our Resident Artists.

  • Only redeemable against the cost of tattoos and cannot be used to purchase products.
